Returns


We hope that your are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely happy, you may return any items in its original condition for a full refund within 14 working days from delivery provided that you tell us within seven working days after the day on which you received the products that you intend to return the item.

Within the order packaging, you will find a dispatch note with details of your order. You will also find details about exchanging and returning items to us. If the items listed on the dispatch note do not match those contained in your package, please notify us immediately by sending us an email.

Should you wish to cancel your order and return any goods, please notify us within a period of seven working days beginning with the day following the day of delivery to you, by emailing us at info@notjustwhite.co.uk and we will provide you with a Returns Authorisation Number. Please provide full details of the customer order number and the goods which are being returned. Any notice given by you after this period shall not be effective to entitle you to return your goods or receive a refund. Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used.

Once you receive the Returns Authorisation Number, please complete the Returns Form that accompanies your parcel, including a brief description of the products being returned, original order number and RAN. To help us providing the best customer service, please let us know the reason for your return in the space provided. Please retain the Customer Copy of the Returns Form for your records.

All parcels must be returned within 14 working days of delivery of goods to you.

NotJustWhite accepts no liability if you return goods by any method other than a recorded delivery method (one that requires a signature upon receipt). We accept no liability in respect of returned goods unless and until such returned goods have been received by us in their original condition and in their original packaging. Please make sure that the returned package is properly secured and that you have enclosed the necessary returns form and the original despatch note.
Please retain the recorded delivery receipt for your own purposes in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods by recorded delivery. This will be only required from us in the unlikely event that the goods are not successfully returned despite being sent by recorded delivery.

After the returned items have arrived, they will be examined and the appropriate refund will be calculated.
You are entitled to reject the goods resulting to defects in the goods or incomplete or incorrect delivery and we will refund you the price you paid for the goods which you have returned to us plus the delivery charge.
If you return goods for reasons other than mentioned above, then we will refund you the price you paid for the goods which you have returned to us, but we will not refund the delivery cost neither the recorded delivery costs for the return.

Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, no refund will be available. You will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification to you that we will not process a refund in respect of such goods.
We will refund the price paid by you for goods when we have received the returned goods in their original condition. The refund will be credited to your debit/credit card.
If you cancel your order but do not return the goods to us within 14 days we shall be entitled to recover such goods from you and to charge you for the additional costs of recovering the goods. These charges will be greater than the cost of you returning the goods to us and will be deducted from the refund. We will process the applicable refund and notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
